1. Product Understanding:
It is the customer’s responsibility to fully understand the nature and specifications of the product they are purchasing before proceeding with the installation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team prior to installation to clarify any details.


2. Installation Service:
Our team of qualified technicians will handle the installation of your retractable fly screens with care and precision, ensuring proper functionality and fit.


3. One-Year Labor Warranty:
All installations come with a one-year labor warranty. Should any issues arise related to the installation, we will send a technician to assess and repair the problem at no additional cost within this period.


4. Post-Installation Issues:
● For any issues unrelated to the installation or product malfunction, additional charges may apply for technician call-outs or repairs after the one-year labor warranty has expired.


5. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product after installation.
